TOURIST LICENSE OBTAINED - Located in a quiet corner of Addaya this small community of houses boasts an inviting swimming pool and sunbathing terraces. This beautiful detached house is situated on two floors. The ground floor has a large, bright and sunny living room with patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and the lovely pool. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The first floor has the second bathroom and a further 2 double bedrooms, one of which has doors leading to a lovely balcony with pool and country views.

Added extras include ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. The property is a 2 minute walk to the small commercial area with a supermarket and bar/restaurant.

The house is close to the famous "Cami de Cavals" whcih is the famous old walk around the entire island and can only be used by walkers, cycling and horse riding.

The beautiful Port of Addaya is a 10 minute stroll and has a bar/cafeteria for a relaxing drink as you watch the boats coming and going!
The fantastic horseshoe beach of Arenal is a 5 minute drive.
