TOURIST LICENSE OBTAINED - Located in a quiet corner of Addaya this small community of houses boasts an inviting swimming pool and sunbathing terraces. This beautiful detached house is situated on two floors. The ground floor has a large, bright and sunny living room with patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and the lovely pool. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, storage room and a well equipped kitchen.

The property is a 2 minute walk to the small commercial area with a supermarket and bar/restaurant.
The house is close to the famous "Cami de Cavals" whcih is the famous old walk around the entire island and can only be used by walkers, cycling and horse riding.
Port of Addaya is a 10 minute stroll and has a bar restaurant for a relaxing drink and seafood meal as you watch the boats coming and going!
The fantastic horseshoe beach of Arenal is a 5 minute drive, Alayor town is a 15 minute drivre and the airport 20 minutes.
